  The ski pistes data behind Opensnowmap.org is updated daily.

  All of these data and the background map are provided by OpenStreetMap, a free editable map of the whole world. It is made by people like you.
They covered ski pistes with their GPS or their smartphones to record their track, other have used open satellite imagery.
  More than 1'000'000 people have contributed their little part of the map, more than 10'000 contributed to ski pistes.

The website

Use of the project name "Opensnowmap.org" and the brand "Openstreetmap" is authorized by the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

  This website is built on open-source tools. The source code is available on Github. You can use it freely, under a GPL license for code and CC-BY-SA for content.

Opensnowmap.org is mainly run by a single individual. If you appreciate it, please feel free to help a little with the server cost.


Tile use

  Tiles from Opensnowmap.org comes in two flavours: one with the relief (hillshade and contour lines), and one with ski pistes only. You are welcome to use the pistes-only tiles (without relief) on your website, but it is madantory to :
